The Duke of Dweinnor reigns from his castle in Calmarnock. He is the owner of the lands of the Duchy who also acts as a judicial, administrative and military head of the realm.
A most skilled warrior of Dweinnor. His worth is measured in number of battles he survived and lived to tell the tale of. This title grants the bearer extreme prestige and fame, but also a great responsibility and danger for he is the acting champion of Dweinnor too, charged with fighting duels for others if called for.

Lord Commander runs the armies of Dweinnor in Duke's name. He organizes and oversees the landed troops and guards the realm. As the armies of all the Counties owe allegiance to the Duke, when it comes to the matters of war the Counts themselves answer directly to the Lord Commander. The Counts can delegate their duties of military leadership to others.
Appointed by the ruler, he is in charge of the navy of the realm as well as protecting the shores and coastal settlements of Dweinnor. He is responsible with the defense of all the ports of the realm and any and all campaigns that include naval warfare. He answers directly to the ruler.
