In accordance with the venerable traditions that have shaped our Kingdom, and invoking the divine authority entrusted to us by the Aeternum Solis, we, the people of the Kingdom of Caorran, convened in solemn assembly, hereby declare our immediate independence from the rule of the Solisian Empire.
Embracing the enduring customs that have been woven into the tapestry of our noble history, we affirm that Caorran shall henceforth stand as an autonomous and self-determining realm, beholden only to the sacred legacy of the Caorrani Throne and the Eternal God Himself.
The Kingdom of Caorran shall be henceforth recognized as a distinct and self-governing entity, governed by the will of its people and the authority vested in the Caorrani Throne. We reject any foreign rule that seeks to subjugate our people and stifle our aspirations for self-rule.
In the spirit of mutual respect and peaceful coexistence, we expressly declare that our quest for independence harbors no ill will towards the Solisian Empire and its rulership. May our paths diverge amicably, and may both realms find prosperity in their chosen courses.
In the interest of securing the well-being of our citizens and safeguarding our independence, we are open to establish and maintain diplomatic ties with nations that share our commitment to peace, trade and justice. We extend a hand of amity to those who respect our newfound autonomy and seek mutually beneficial relations.
With faith in the guidance of the Eternal God and a firm reliance on the courage and determination of our people, we hereby pledge our lives, our fortunes, and our holy honor to the cause of freedom and the establishment of the Independent Kingdom of the Caorrani People.
