The border between Ascalon, Erstes Imperium and Magvel.
It was originally founded at the southern banks of the river Sirion which divides Ascalon, Erstes Imperium and Magvel somewhat, as a barony of Renais under the name of Ostmark due to the past owners family name.
After a series of events that saw Renais handed to Felix de Renais and Frederick de Renais founding the Kingdom of Magvel it has thus changed not only in name and importance but in value, and it's designation changed from a mere struggling barony to a more central, strong, and blooming marquessate.
It was renamed Richelieu because of the beautiful roses that bloom at Arum, Calla, Chysis and Arles.
The seat of power and the capital of the marquessate was moved from Arum to Chysis upon the elevation of the once-a-barony.
