Named after the Deity Tartarus, Tartarus is welcoming to those who are of the blood. Those that are not will be imprisoned. Those that are imprisoned and declared to be true enemies of Tartarus will be sent there along with the Blighted.
In the home of Tartarus where all sacrificed souls are sent, the most ferocious and nastiest beasts and criminals of the world throughout time gather. They fight over and feed on the souls of those that are sent there through sacrifice. One day they will be set free and will rampage the world. Those that worship Tartarus or His ideals will be spared. Those that do not will become food.
