The bathhouse of Asrian design is a centerpiece of the estate and is frequented by both the family and the staff. It includes a large bath area with hot and cold pools, steam rooms, and saunas. The barracks for the house guard is located adjacent to the bathhouse and is well-staffed with trained soldiers. The servants' quarters are located on the opposite side of the estate, with a separate entrance and access to their own chapel for private prayer to Aeternum Solis.
Aurea Villa is responsible for a significant portion of the grain production in Kaistria, and the fields surrounding the estate are tended to by skilled workers who have been with the family for generations. The estate is known for its high-quality grains and its dedication to perfection in all things agriculture, which are instilled in all those who work and reside there.
