All knights of Anitca, Duricum and Turicum are by definition also Knights of Raetia, the governing body for the three realms.
While the realms of Antica, Duricum and Turicum have a council of Knights in joint rulership, the Order of Raetia has but one Baron. The roles main task is as Warden of the Citadel, and he holds little real power of the other knights.
Born from the realms of Provincia Dacia, Provincia Dacia and Colonia Antica the Knight of Raetia was originally a forum of the knights of the three realms. During the period of its founding the realm where each ruled by a coalition of unlanded knights. For matters that affected all three realms a council consisting of all knights from the realms would be called in Citadel in order to decide their path.
After the majority of knights where afflicted with slumber blight and the realms reformed for the 3rd time under the long standing Avitus family, the Citadel and surrounding lands came under the possession of Camilla Volsci, the wife of the last Warden of the Citadel Marcus Ulpius. With the purpose of the knights no longer required, she and her children reformed the order in to Sanctuary outpost, where any First One of any nation could seek sanctuary and protection.
