Description

Upon the bedrock of dominion, the Eternal Throne looms, an indomitable organ pulsating at the epicenter of an Empire's sprawl. It breathes life into the colossal machinations that bind an empire, a living organism teeming with a myriad of bureaucrats, clerks, scribes, and guards, all converging within its iron embrace to orchestrate the relentless march of legions and the enforcement of sovereign decrees. Within its formidable walls, annual censuses unfold, meticulously cataloging from sheaves of wheat to the very souls inhabiting distant hamlets. Amidst this labyrinth of administration, the lendan stones, those arcane crystals of latent magics, find sanctuary, forming one of the most extensive repositories of these crystals, rivaled only by the Erstes Imperium and Eldamar.

This intricate complex is the nexus of power, housing the nerve centers of the Asrian Legions, city watchmen, and the enigmatic Light-bearers. It stands adorned with the Ecclesial Embassy, the royal library of Asrania, the courier service, the Royal Apartments, and the Imperial Palace.

Within this fortress of governance, myriad guilds convene, from trade consortiums to groups of arcane scholars and adventurers. Among them, the Guild of Gladiators and the Golden Exchange find their haven.

The Asrian Legion, entwined with the city watchmen and the Light-bearers, sprawls across a complex of barracks and edifices dedicated to the defense of the city. The Light-bearers, the royal guard of the Apotheon, claim their segregated quarters within, denoting their august role.

Adjacent to the Legion's bastion, the Ecclesial Embassy, though modest in stature, harbors a legion of scribes and clerks, tirelessly mediating the intricate dealings between the Ecclesial and the Solisian Empire.

The Royal Library of Asrania, a towering edifice, safeguards a wealth of knowledge, encompassing the annals of Asrian civilization, intertwined with Caorrani, Alaunan, Cadian, and Neankhar histories. Its eight-storied tower houses a trove of manuscripts, scrolls, tablets, and artifacts, including pre-cataclysmic relics and the revered epistles of the Saints. Adjoining the main building, the legions of scribes disseminate information under the watchful gaze of Imperial supervisors, overseeing the empire's lendan stone repository, harvested from Lendan Isle for the transfer of orders and mundane missives via the courier service.

Further afield lies the Guild Headquarters, a stone and wood ensemble marked by a statue wielding an abacus, the administrative hub for the Guilds of Asrania and the Western Autocracy.

Atop a commanding hill, the Imperial Palace and Royal Apartments merge into a single grand structure. The Royal Apartments, akin to regal villas, boast opulence with indoor plumbing, heated bathhouses, lendan stones weaving arcane recorded gladiatorial spectacles, and a sumptuous feast hall attended by live-in servants. Ascending towards the Imperial Palace reveals a treasury of artistic plunder from foreign conquests, rumored to encompass relics from realms long extinguished, like Valinor and Arrakesh.

Founded in the crucible of conquest in the year 38, the Eternal Throne endures as the unyielding axis upon which the fate of the world and empire revolves.
