The House of Order hereby declares that all traces of Gwent will be destroyed, along with it's nobility. There will be no mercy or quarter, no diplomatic efforts, until the deed has been done.
This was brought on by Gwent's attempted cowardly sneak attack into Imperial territory, as reported by Khari Kye, who was manipulated into rebelling against the Imperium for Gwent's own personal, and greedy, benefit.
