The Council in Oirthear are a open forum democracy, built upon fellowship and equality.
"Guer Aike (Guer Aike) was the son of peasants, very rustic and prone to alcohol, he enlisted in the troops Motberga, she became his mentor. When he made free Nirahiolo of oppression, he married a former noble blood, Rita Guntar(Rita Guntar), she saw this as his salvation.
Kooch Aike had a son, when the Clan collapse by the propensity of Guer Aike alcohol, this took the reins and vowed to create a clan with elections, and as a great capital city, Niraiholo.
The realm changed to a council of free nobles, they would decide via elections the leader and they the decisions of the kingdom, any noble who decides to be tyrannical, the other nobles of the council will be forced to rebel and execute, maximum penalty for traitors and tyrants.
The kingdom will be inclusive of all the nobles of the world who want to be free." -Aike
"Harsh times came after a plague of Slumberblight. Vast tracks of Dubh Dun, ruled by the Slumberking Harald, brought tribes of invaders and brigands to the Noble Council's borders. During this time, the council was joined by Malus Guile. In conjunction with the Aike clan, they confirmed the Council of Free Nobles as a democratic roundtable. Primarily lead by a designated speaker, all of noble blood are treated equally in the open forum of the Orithear.
Malus Guile, as speaker, brokered the joining of the reformed march in Oirthear to the kingdom of Eldamar. Under the Geddy crown, he served dutifully during the Gwent rebellion. He, and his best friend kooch, were later slain during war with Østfold. This ushered a time of further hardship for the noble roundtable." -Guile
"The Council, driven from their homeland in the Ostfold war, were resigned to a time of diaspora. Finding refuge in Eldamar, many continued their service to the crown under the Planetgate regime.
At the same time, Lowland freeriders hired by Malus Guile took the vacancy of their former employer. They soon adapted to the more civilized forms of the east, but retained much of their freelancing. Their acculturation largely transforming them from simple raiders to organized privateers." -Willsons
