The Captain of the Red Company is the elected leader of the company. He rules with absolute authority through his lieutenants and by the grace of his abilities as a leader.
Lieutenants of the Red Company are capable leaders who can act autonomously or in close cooperation with their peers and their captain.

The Red Company is a small and highly disciplined force of mercenaries. While their troops consist of many different origins most of them are native Ascalonians which shows in their style and arms, preferring longbowmen supported by halberdiers and heavy cavalry. They claim to have a reputation of good organisation, honesty and efficiency, on which they base their high price.

The Red Company is an expensive mercenary group that has itself paid through logistics, troops and gold. They are fully capable of acting as an independant force on campaign capable of both harassing and inflicting real damage to even a prepared enemy.
