This is the rulership position for the realm.
Having Conquered most of the Western part of The Totarian Kingdom King Asran decided to gift the barony to Lady Lyana of House Etrimena. The House of Etrimena is known to have come from a long line of Etonian Merchants who recently rose to Nobility status, making Lyana first of her line and matriarch to the House of Etrimena.
Before and During the Second Blood Crusade, Lyana helped with the construction of most of Asrania's roads. This earned her the favor needed to become a Core lord and raising her to nobility.
