Realm Description

In farthest northern reaches of the barren waste that is known as Lowlands lies Tor Kortaur, from cold shores of Northern Sea, across haunting mists of Shivering Forest, then southwards. It is a harsh and cold plane, home to the free folk who call themselves Kortauri, or sturdy people.

Kortauri follow the creed of the Grey Gods, whose pantheon revolves around balance. A lesser pantheon of Odd Spirits represent the excesses of the world and are deification of First Ones who embody their particular exuberance.

They choose their own Kral, a chieftain with highest charisma, whom they follow willingly, not in duty. Arts of fighting and drinking are highly valued in Tor Kortaur.
