The Legati are the generals of the armies, usually appointed in times of war to lead the forces of the Empire against foreign threats. Each Legate is in command of the Legion, answerable to Dux Legatio.
The Archons gather in the Amethyst Council and form an advisory body for the Emperor.
Palatinus or Palatina represents the right hand of the Emperor, appointed to oversee the domestic affairs in all regards. These include the tasks of judicial matters within the Empire, and acts the Praefectura Morum, authority in military and logistics, acts as a herald and announcer of the Emperor and supervises the safety of the imperial family.
The Quaestor primarily audits the taxes in the Empire, supervises the financial affairs, and seeks to organize the infrastructure on a realm-level.
The Praetor Peregrini are the emissaries and ambassadors of the Empire. They speak in the name of the Emperor and hold imperium over Sarantian citizens abroad.
