Founded by the decree of Grand Count Frederick de Renais as the eastern part of the Kvernes Island. In 6-34-4 The western part of the Kvernes Island declared itself independent from the Blades. In 6-39-1 the western part of the Kvernes Island was annexed into Eastern Kverness Island thus finally uniting the two sides to become The Free Port of The Island of Kvernes. On 7-41-4 by the mandate of King Frederick de Renais, the Island of Kverness was to become part of Magvel rather than Renais.
