Tor Sklodharg of the Lowlands was formed of the mortal remnants of the Skloddings; one of the founding clans of Rathgar. Those known as the Hafniðr were granted the Tor by Kael Rivkah Kleykiriya of Tor Kleykiriya, and opted not to take the traditional Lowland title of Kael. As more of their tribe settled the region, they called their domain Súrsdalar.
