Realm Description

The Knightly Order of St Verus was commissioned by Duke Eamon Overton on day 3 of week 11 in the third year since the great arrival.

The Knights are an honourable guild designed to bring chivalry and honour to our darkened world. Knights are bound by a code to act for the benefit of all First Ones of Greater Lumen and in everything be moral, courageous, proud, disciplined, temperate and just.

If any are in need of help they may call upon the Knights and we will do what we can to aid them.

Knights will:

• Rally soldiers from across the realm
• Facilitate trade routes within and outside of the Duchy
• Aid nobles in need in need of soldiers, food, quests or in any other way necessary.
• Fight for the Duchy in defensive and offensive wars.
• Aid honourable Lords in internal and external battles.
• Prove their own valour and strength in battles, challenges, duels and tournaments while maintaining a culture of chivalry in the realm.

Positions within the Order:

• Knight - any member of the order who has proved themself chivalrous and honourable
• Steward - a knight of the order who has been entrusted with an estate to manage on behalf of the Knights
• Master - a leader of a number of Knights, is responsible for decision making and ensuring the safety and activity of the knights
• Grand Master - overall leader of the knights and number one authority over Knights and Masters.
