The Captain-General of Oakvale is tasked with enacting the will of the ruler of Oakvale in aspects of governorship and military matters, such as administering estates or managing troops in their liege's absence. The liege may also subsume the role of the Captain-General should the need arise, but the title itself remains with the appointed Captain-General until removed from office.
